Rehabilitation Team

The experienced Rehabilitation Team is responsible for assessing the individual needs of a person with ABI and for developing a person centred programme of rehabilitation and support which will help the person maximise their abilities and ultimately change their lives for the better.

The Rehabilitation Team consists of clinical staff, Local Services Managers, ABI Case Managers and Rehabilitation Assistants together with the person with ABI and family members/carers affected by ABI.
