 EAST / NORTH EAST REGION

The East/Northeast region provides Assisted Living, Home & Community Rehabilitation Services, ABI Case Management services and a Side by Side Day Resource Centre. There is clinical support through Psychology and Social Work in some areas

Currently there are 7 houses in the region. 6 are in Dublin with one scheduled to open in 2010. A house in Louth will open early in 2010.

Home & Community Rehabilitation services are currently provided in Dublin, Wicklow and Kildare.

Case Management Services are provided in Cavan, Monaghan, Louth, Meath, Dublin and Wicklow.

The Side by Side Day Resource Centre, using a membership model, is based in Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin.

Services delivered are direct support to persons with and affected by an ABI and also to their families. The service is tailored to meet the specific needs of each person using the resources available. All services are provided in partnership with the HSE.
