Are you living with or caring for a loved one with an Acquired Brain Injury? Our On With Life Programme for Families and Carers will host Acquired Brain Injury Ireland’s National Carers Day in the Midlands Park Hotel, Portlaoise on Saturday, June 24th, 2023.

We are delighted to welcome Anne O’Loughlin, Principal Social Worker NRH, Dr. Mark Holloway, Head-First UK and Dr. Eddie Murphy, Clinical Psychologist as guest speakers for this event.

This day is planned to support Carers and Family Members in having some time to learn, reflect and gather together after what has been a challenging few years.

The day is structured to suit all Carers and Family members over the age of 18 who are supporting a loved one with an Acquired Brain Injury.

In the morning, we will have some guest speakers. After lunch, there will be some fun activities, workshops, and holistic therapies just for you to help restore and rejuvenate. Lunch and refreshments will be provided on the day. Our guest speakers

A reduced rate is available on a number of rooms at the Midlands Park Hotel for a limited time on Friday night, June 23rd.  Attendees who wish to book this accommodation should use reference number 228839 when booking directly with the hotel to avail of the rate.
