On With Life Mindfulness Course

Date 21, 28 September, 5, 12 October
Time 11am – 12pm
Location Online, Zoom

When you are caring for someone else, you can sometimes forget to look after yourself and your mental health.

Our On With Life Carers and Families programme presents a four-week Mindfulness Course to help you deal with the stress and mental toll of caring for a loved one with an acquired brain injury.

Each of the four sessions is hosted by Susan Barrett, an experienced Mindfulness teacher with more than 30 years’ experience practicing mindfulness meditation.

Sessions take place online, via Zoom. Throughout the course, you will learn strategies to manage your mental health and mindset while in your caring role. It will also give you a break to unwind.
