This special event is open to all Family Carers as part of National Carers Week, which runs from 10 – 16 June 2024.

Carers Week is coordinated by Care Alliance Ireland on behalf of many partner organisations, including Acquired Brain Injury Ireland. It aims to Make Caring Visible, by shining a light on the vital contribution of Carers and Family Carers, and celebrating their significant work.

This Mindfulness Session is one in a series of events to be hosted in person and online across the week. A full listing is available on the National Carers Week Facebook page and at www.carersweek.ie
