Bake for Brain Injury this Brain Awareness Week

Acquired Brain Injury Ireland is proud to participate in Brain Awareness Week 2025, a global initiative dedicated to increasing public awareness about the importance of brain research, taking place this week: March 10th to 16th

In support of this important campaign, we are hosting our popular annual event, Bake for Brain Injury.

How You Can Get Involved:

This year, Bake for Brain Injury invites individuals and communities to get creative while fundraising for vital neuro rehabilitation services. You can participate in two simple ways:

  1. Bake & Make: Whip up your favourite cake or treat, share it on social media tagging Acquired Brain Injury Ireland with #BakeForBrainInjury, and make a donation to support brain injury survivors. The best bakes will be entered into a draw to win a special baking prize!
  2. Bake & Host: Register for a free Bake for Brain Injury pack, which includes everything you need to host your own fundraising event. Your pack will include an Acquired Brain Injury Ireland apron, a donation moneybox, event posters, a recipe booklet, stickers, and balloons to help create a fun and engaging event. Whether you host a bake sale or simply gather friends and family to enjoy some delicious treats, every bite helps raise awareness and funds for those living with brain injuries. Anyone who raises over €100 will be entered into a special prize draw!

While we encourage participants to bake and host their events during Brain Awareness Week, you are welcome to select any date that works for you. The more people who bake, the more funds we can raise to support brain injury survivors.

Sign up today to receive your Bake for Brain Injury pack and start planning your event. The more people who bake, the more we can raise for those living with brain injury. www.idonate.ie/event/2025BakeforBrainInjury
