Approximately 120,000 people in Ireland are living with a disability following a brain injury.
From 1st – 31st January, we are asking you to take on a challenge and walk 120,000 steps to support those living with a brain injury.
Start the new year in a positive way that will support your physical health, your wellbeing and your brain health, while also benefiting brain injury survivors.
Empowering people to live to their full potential – this is what Acquired Brain Injury Ireland can achieve with your support.
Get your steps in whenever and wherever you can.
Every finisher who raises €150 or more will receive a commemorative medal in February.
